The Bactosure Duo is currently available exclusively to schools acting as community water testing hubs, enabling them to protect both students and their wider community. With the ability to process two tests simultaneously or independently, this innovative device ensures accurate, accredited lab-reviewed results with ease and reliability.
How it Works for Schools and Whānau
- School Subscription: Schools receive a subscription of 7 tests per 6-month period specifically for their own water quality monitoring. This subscription cost is eligible for the Ministry of Education HLW Grant.
- Community Participation: Whānau collect water samples in provided sterile bags, scan a QR code to fill out a simple form, and pay only $19.95 (including GST) per test via debit/credit card.
- Quick and Easy Testing: Volunteers at the school add provided reagent powder to the samples, shake, and insert them into the Bactosure Duo.
- Instant Results: Whānau automatically receive their individual results directly via email or text.
